NEW DELHI – Max Healthcare is set to expand its presence into Gujarat with plans to establish an 800-bed multi-specialty hospital, marking a major step in the healthcare provider’s expansion beyond its existing markets.
The announcement was made after Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel met Max Healthcare Chairman and Managing Director Abhay Soi in New Delhi. In April, Max Healthcare said it planned to add around 1,200 beds during FY27, with overall capacity expected to reach approximately 6,500 beds by the end of the financial year.
